Costa Vida was born from a love of fresh, coastal flavors and a belief that real food should be made with real ingredients. Since 2004, we've been bringing the vibrant tastes of costavida culture to tables across the United States — one bowl, burrito, and salad at a time.
Costa Vida started as a small family concept with one big dream — to create food that felt like a coastal escape. Our founders traveled thousands of miles tasting, learning, and perfecting recipes that honor fresh produce, bold spices, and simple techniques.
Today, the costavida experience has grown into dozens of locations across the United States, but our heart remains the same: every dish made fresh, every guest treated like family, every meal a reason to celebrate life.

With rapid popularity across Utah, Costa Vida opens 10 new locations and refines its signature menu — including the iconic sweet pork burrito and mango salsa.
Costa Vida launches its franchise program, spreading the costavida experience to states beyond Utah. Fresh coastal flavors hit the Mountain West and Pacific Northwest.
